1. Partnership Agreement

• By registering with Rahlti, partners agree to honor the discounts and benefits  promised to Rahlti cardholders.
• Partners remain fully responsible for the quality and delivery of their services and products.

2. Discount Structure

• Partners commit to offering agreed discounts (percentage or fixed value) to all active cardholders.
• Discounts apply only on eligible services/products as pre-approved by the partner and Rahlti.
• Partners may set exclusions (holidays, special packages, certain items), provided these
  are clearly communicated to Rahlti and published on the platform.

3. Visibility & Promotion

• Partner businesses will be listed on Rahlti’s website/app as participating venues.
• Rahlti reserves the right to use partner logos, photos, and content strictly for promotional purposes of the program.

4. Partner Obligations

• Ensure that staff are trained and informed about Rahlti card acceptance.
• Guarantee that cardholders receive the same quality of service as regular paying customers.
• Notify Rahlti at least 30 days in advance of any major changes to their participation terms.

5. Duration & Termination

• Partnership agreements are valid for 12 months, renewable annually.
• Either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice.
• Breach of agreement (refusal of discounts, mistreatment of cardholders) may result in immediate removal from the program.

6. Liability & Indemnity

• Partners indemnify Rahlti against any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their products, services, or customer experience.
• Rahlti is not responsible for losses incurred due to cancellations, miscommunication, or business closure.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Lebanese law (or relevant jurisdiction) and disputes shall be settled under its legal framework.
