DCG SARL, Details Commercial Group, (hereinafter referred to as “Rahlti”) publishes and markets Gift Experiences on behalf of its Partners who provide the Services offered in the Gift Experiences. DCG is a company incorporated under Lebanese law.
The terms defined below, starting with a capital letter in both singular and plural forms, will have the following meanings in the GCS/CGU:
Buyer: Refers to the person who purchases a Gift Experience.
Gift Check: Can be presented:
- In physical format with the Gift Box, Gift Card, or “Gift Box” version.
- In virtual format with the E-box, “E-Box” version, the Occasions, and the unique Experiences.
Regardless of the format, the Gift Voucher has no nominal value, can be used exclusively at Partners, and only allows the chosen Service to be availed upon presentation of the Gift Voucher. It is not fungible, separable, or divisible and cannot be combined with another Gift Voucher nor divided into multiple Gift Vouchers.
It is NOT possible to exchange or return a Gift Experience for another Gift Experience.
Beneficiary: Refers to the person using the Gift Experience.
Sales/Purchase in Store: Refers to the purchase of a Gift Experience at an authorized physical point of sale (authorized distributors), whenever applicable.
Online Trading/Purchase: Refers to the purchase of a Gift Experience on the Site, whenever applicable.
Cookies: Refers to small files sent to the User’s computer hard disk to facilitate navigation on the Site and offer pages that best match the User’s interests during subsequent visits to the Rahlti universe or universes on the Site.
Personal Data: Refers to all information that allows the identification, directly or indirectly, of a natural person (surname, name, email, etc.).
Gift Experience: Gift Experiences are published and marketed by Rahlti and allow the Beneficiary to access a Service of their choice from the list of available Partners, accessible on the Site.
Gift Experiences are divided into different formats: the “Gift Box,” the “E-box,” the “Gift Card or Gift Voucher,” the “Web Exclusives,” and the “Unique Experiences.” The “Gift Box” comes in physical format with a box containing a Gift Check, as well as a paper guide introducing the Rahlti universe(s).
Partner(s): Refers to service providers or other entities that have partnered with Rahlti to provide the services included in the Gift Experiences.
Service: Refers to the service or activity provided by the Partner that the Beneficiary can access using the Gift Experience.
Site: Refers to the website www.rahlti.com operated by Rahlti.
User: Refers to any person who visits or interacts with the Site.
Beneficiary Account: Refers to the account created by the Beneficiary on the Site to access and manage their Gift Experience.
Article 1: Description of Gift Experiences
1.1 Gift Experience Formats:
- Gift Box: Physical box containing a Gift Check and a paper guide presenting the Rahlti universe(s).
- E-box: Digital format accessible via email or download.
- Gift Card or Gift Voucher: Physical or digital card that can be used to avail services from Partners.
- Web Exclusives: Unique experiences available exclusively online.
- Unique Experiences: Specially curated experiences available in limited quantities.
1.2 Validity Period:
- Each Gift Experience has a specified validity period, during which it can be used to access the chosen service from a Partner.
- The validity period is indicated on the Gift Check or in the confirmation email for digital formats.
- Extensions of the validity period may be possible under certain conditions as outlined on the Site.
Article 2: Terms of Use
2.1 Using the Gift Experience:
- The Beneficiary must present the Gift Check to the Partner to avail the service.
- For digital formats, the Beneficiary must provide the unique code received via email or download.
- The Gift Experience can only be used once, and any unused portion is non-refundable and cannot be carried over.
2.2 Booking and Availability:
- The Beneficiary must contact the Partner directly to book the service, subject to availability.
- Certain services may require advance booking, and specific terms and conditions of the Partner will apply.
2.3 Exchanges and Extensions:
- Gift Experiences can be exchanged for another of equal or lesser value within the validity period, subject to certain conditions.
- Extensions of the validity period may be requested through the Site, subject to additional fees and Partner approval.
Article 3: Data Protection and Privacy
3.1 Personal Data Collection:
- Rahlti collects personal data from Users, Buyers, and Beneficiaries for the purpose of processing orders, managing accounts, and improving services.
- Personal data includes name, email address, and payment information, among others.
3.2 Use and Protection of Personal Data:
- Rahlti uses personal data to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and send marketing communications.
- Personal data is protected using appropriate international security measures, and Rahlti commits to not sharing data with third parties without consent, except for Partners involved in the delivery of services.
3.3 User Rights:
- Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.
- Users can exercise these rights by contacting Rahlti customer support via the Site.
Article 4: Liability and Disputes
4.1 Liability:
- Rahlti is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Gift Experience, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- The Partner is solely responsible for the delivery and quality of the service provided.
4.2 Disputes:
- Any disputes related to the use of the Gift Experience should be resolved directly with the Partner.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, Users can contact Rahlti customer support for assistance.
4.3 Applicable Law:
- These General Conditions of Sale and Use are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
- Any legal disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lebanon.
Article 5: Conditions for Purchasing Gift Experiences
5.1 Order Process:
- Users can order Gift Experiences through the Site by following the online instructions.
- Users must provide accurate information during the ordering process to ensure successful delivery and activation of the Gift Experience.
5.2 Payment:
- Payment for Gift Experiences can be made via the methods offered on the Site, including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other digital payment methods.
- All payments are processed securely, and Users will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
5.3 Delivery:
- Gift Boxes will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and destination.
- Digital formats (E-box, Gift Card, or Gift Voucher) will be delivered via email immediately upon payment confirmation.
Article 6: Special Conditions for Unique Experiences
6.1 Limited Availability:
- Unique Experiences are available in limited quantities and may have specific terms and conditions.
- Users should carefully read the details provided on the Site for each Unique Experience before making a purchase.
6.2 Non-Transferable:
- Unique Experiences are non-transferable and can only be used by the Beneficiary named in the order.
- Any attempt to transfer or sell a Unique Experience may result in its cancellation without refund.
Article 7: Customer Support and Complaints
7.1 Customer Support:
- Rahiti provides customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and the contact form on the Site.
- Users can reach out for assistance with orders, Gift Experience usage, and any other inquiries.
7.2 Complaints:
- Any complaints regarding the Gift Experiences or services provided by Partners should be directed to Rahlti customer support.
- Rahlti will investigate and address complaints promptly, seeking to resolve any issues to the User’s satisfaction.
Article 8: Modifications to General Conditions of Sale and Use
8.1 Updates and Changes:
- Rahlti reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale and Use at any time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through notices on the Site.
- Continued use of the Site and Gift Experiences after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Article 9: Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 Personal Data Collection:
- Rahlti collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Users are informed about the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and their rights regarding their data.
9.2 Data Security:
- Rahlti implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.
- Users’ data is protected against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
9.3 User Rights:
- Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data.
- Users can exercise their rights by contacting Rahlti through the contact form on the Site.
Article 10: Liability
10.1 Limitation of Liability:
- Rahlti’s liability is limited to the value of the Gift Experience purchased.
- Rahlti is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Gift Experiences or the Site.
10.2 Force Majeure:
- Rahlti is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
Article 11: Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership:
- All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Rahlti or its Partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without prior written permission from Rahlti.
11.2 Trademarks:
- The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Rahlti and its Partners.
- Users are not permitted to use these trademarks without prior written consent from Rahlti or the respective trademark owner.
Article 12: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 Governing Law:
- These General Conditions of Sale and Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
12.2 Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these General Conditions of Sale and Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lebanon.
Article 13: Miscellaneous
13.1 Severability:
- If any provision of these General Conditions of Sale and Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.2 Entire Agreement:
- These General Conditions of Sale and Use constitute the entire agreement between Rahlti and the User regarding the use of the Site and the purchase of Gift Experiences.
- Any other terms or conditions not expressly stated herein are excluded.
13.3 Waiver:
- The failure of Rahlti to enforce any right or provision of these General Conditions of Sale and Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

- For any questions or concerns regarding the use of the Site or the purchase of Gift Experiences, Users can contact Rahlti’s customer service through the contact form available on the Site.
- Rahlti’s customer service is committed to providing timely and effective assistance to all Users.
Article 15: Amendments
15.1 Modification of Terms:
- Rahlti reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale and Use at any time.
- Users will be notified of any significant changes to these terms through the Site or by email.
- Continued use of the Site following any changes to these terms signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
Article 16: Feedback and Reviews
16.1 User Feedback:
- Rahlti encourages Users to provide feedback on their experience with the Gift Experiences and the Site.
- User feedback helps Rahlti improve its services and offer a better experience to all Users.
16.2 Publication of Reviews:
- Users may submit reviews of the Gift Experiences they have purchased.
- Rahlti reserves the right to publish or remove any reviews that violate its guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.
Article 17: Promotional Offers
17.1 Special Offers:
- Rahlti may from time to time offer special promotions or discounts on Gift Experiences.
- These promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to Users at the time of the offer.
Article 18: Termination
18.1 Termination by Rahlti:
- Rahlti reserves the right to terminate a User’s access to the Site and the services provided if the User violates these General Conditions of Sale and Use or engages in any unlawful or harmful activity.
18.2 User Termination:
- Users may terminate their account and use of the Site at any time by contacting Rahlti through the contact form.
Article 19: Notifications
19.1 Method of Communication:
- Rahlti will communicate with Users via email or through notifications on the Site.
- Users agree to receive electronic communications from Rahlti for all purposes related to their use of the Site and the purchase of Gift Experiences.
Article 20: Language
20.1 Governing Language:
- These General Conditions of Sale and Use are written in the language of the country where Rahlti is based.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original version and any translated version, the original version shall prevail.
Article 21: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
21.1 Applicable Law:
- These General Conditions of Sale and Use are governed by the laws of the country in which Rahlti is based.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
Article 22: Entire Agreement
22.1 Integration Clause:
- These General Conditions of Sale and Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and Rahlti regarding the use of the Site and the purchase of Gift Experiences.
- Any other terms and conditions or agreements between the parties are hereby superseded.
Article 23: Waiver
23.1 No Waiver:
- Failure by Rahlti to enforce any right or provision of these General Conditions of Sale and Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Article 24: Severability
24.1 Severability Clause:
- If any provision of these General Conditions of Sale and Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Article 25: Headings
25.1 Headings for Convenience:
- The headings in these General Conditions of Sale and Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
Article 26: Electronic Signature
26.1 Acceptance of Terms:
- By using the Site and purchasing Gift Experiences, Users agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these General Conditions of Sale and Use.
- The acceptance of these terms is confirmed by the User’s electronic signature, which is deemed to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
