Review Policy
This policy defines the responsibilities of the beneficiary. Rahlti may change this review policy at any time.
By writing your review, you agree to be bound by it and abide by its terms.
By default, reviewers are sorted by the most relevant. Additional sorting options are available: most relevant and highest and lowest scores.
ARTICLE 1 - OBLIGATIONS OF THE REVIEWER
Once you complete your experience, you will receive an email inviting you to provide feedback and review your experience. You have 30 days from receiving the email to write a review. After this period, the beneficiary will not be able to write a review.
By submitting your reviews you confirm that:
you are an adult;
- – The review represents your direct experience with this Rahlti Partner;
- – You have no conflict of interest with Rahlti or the Partner;
- – You agree to be contacted by Rahlti to verify the veracity of your opinion.
Each person who writes a review is responsible for the content of their review. The beneficiary undertakes not to publish:
- – Comments, images or URL references to websites that offer discriminatory content, or promote (or may be believed to promote) illegal or harmful activities;
- – Reviews motivated by payments or discounted rates or services;
- – Email addresses, telephone numbers or links to other websites or service platforms.
Once your opinion is published it is not possible to modify it, but you can request that the e-mail address be deleted. The beneficiary transfers, free of charge and exclusively, all rights of reproduction, representation, translation, right of use, right of exploitation, right of adaptation and right of distribution of the review he publishes
ARTICLE 2 - MODERATION BY RAHLTI
Reviews will be moderated by Rahlti before publication within 1 month. Rahlti reserves the right not to publish or to permanently exclude, without notice, any review that violates the terms of this Review Policy.
2.1.- REASONS FOR REJECTING A REVIEW
Rahlti may decide not to publish your opinion if it contains:
- – Information that violates a person’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- – Vulgar, obscene, threatening, defamatory, harassing and/or other inappropriate language;
- – Incomprehensible language; – Content not relevant to the experience; – a clear conflict of interest;
- – Inappropriate comments about Rahlti, the Partner, another review or its author;
- – References to websites, hyperlinks, URLs, email addresses or telephone numbers, including those of the beneficiary or the Partner or Rahlti;
- – Content that could be considered spam;
This is not an exhaustive list. If your review is rejected, Rahlti will inform you via email of the reason for refusing to publish your comment on our site.
A partner or Beneficiary can report an opinion as incorrect if they believe the content is offensive. This report must be justified.
ARTICLE 3 - STORAGE
Rahlti archives reviews longer than 24 months. If the experience or Box is no longer available, your review may be archived.
If we delete the experience or add new content to the experience you have already had, we will delete your review, because it will not be relevant for other beneficiaries. We will still archive your review after 2 years. In any case, you will be informed by email.
