Cardholders Terms & Conditions
1. Membership & Validity
- The Rahlti Membership Card is a personal and non-transferable card valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
- Membership tiers (Standard, Premium, VIP) provide benefits as outlined on Rahlti’s website.
- Rahlti reserves the right to update benefits, terms, and participating partners at any time.
2. Usage of the Card
- The card must be presented at the time of booking or payment to redeem discounts and privileges.
- Discounts and privileges apply only at participating businesses listed on Rahlti’s platform.
- The card cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or loyalty programs unless specified.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
- Discounts are valid only on eligible services and products as determined by each partner.
- Certain blackout dates (holidays, special events, peak seasons) may apply at partner discretion.
- Rahlti is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by partners.
4. Membership Fees & Renewals
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the card is activated.
- Renewal reminders will be sent prior to expiry.
- Rahlti reserves the right to adjust membership fees for new subscriptions and renewals.
5. Cardholder Conduct
- Members must use the card respectfully and comply with partner policies.
- Any misuse, fraud, or resale of benefits will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
6. Liability & Disputes
- Rahlti acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any disputes arising between members and partners.
- Any claims must be resolved directly with the partner business.
- Lebanese law (or relevant jurisdiction where registered) shall apply in case of disputes.
